Right of Returns
At Viaggio Club, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us! In accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

How the right of withdrawal works:
• The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive your order.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days
• The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. You are allowed to inspect the product, but not use it. If the item has been handled more than necessary, we may make a deduction for any reduction in value.

Returns & Refunds:
• You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
• Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that:
• Have broken seals for hygiene or health protection reasons.
• Are custom-made according to your specific requirements.
