Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

3. Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive tracking information via email when your order ships. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately.


4. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import fees, which vary depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Viaggio Club has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We do not cover, reimburse, or take any responsibility for customs charges incurred upon delivery. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential costs and ensure a smooth delivery process.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Viaggio Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
